Matt and Liza hit it out of the park with their PNC Park wedding! The day was extremely elegant and a whole lot of fun at the same time. They surrounded themselves with great friends and family and filled their day with classic Pittsburgh locations. They got married in a beautiful church, stopped to take photos at a traditional Pittsburgh wedding landmark, and finished off their day in winning style at the Bucco’s stadium!

We are wishing you both the best of luck and all of the happiness in the world. Thank you so much for allowing Ovation Images to share in your special day!
To smash or not to smash? That is the question… while you debate that, check out these few tips from Ovation Images, Pittsburgh Wedding Photographers, on how to get tasty wedding cake photography on your wedding day…
  • Try not to put the cake in a corner. Your guests and photographer will only see the backs of your heads as you cut the cake.
  • Often, if the cake is not in a corner, it is on the dance floor. This is no problem as long as you cut the cake before you dance. You can get away with the cake on the dance floor while you do your first dance, but on a small dance floor it can be awkward dancing around it.
