Ovation Images Wedding Tip #61:

Hold hands…. a lot! Someone once told me that she and her husband have completely different wedding day memories because they were constantly caught talking to different people. On your wedding day, if you are holding hands you are much less likely to get pulled in seperate directions. Therefore, you will spend the day together, create memories together, and who wouldn’t want to hold the hand of the one the love the most?? After all, your day is about celebrating your love!

As an added bonus, your wedding photographer will love to capture candid wedding day photos of you holding hands!!

On your wedding day you want beautiful wedding photography. So follow these tips from Ovation Images, Pittsburgh Wedding Photographer, for flawless photography on wedding day..

  • Ask your photographer if s/he is aware of any restrictions on photography at any of your selected locations. Some “public” places have severe photography restrictions, such as Phipps Conservatory (even in their outdoor gardens)
  • Photography on private property is not recommended. With a limo full of people, going to the business park waterfall is just not a great idea. An encounter with the police could make an embarrassing mess of your whole day, to say nothing of the pictures you will miss.

Ask your photographer to take some romantic pictures of the two of you after dark. 15 minutes out of the hall and away from the hustle and bustle will be a nice break and provide a lifetime of romantic memories. At Ovation Images, Pittsburgh Wedding Photographers,  we love to create dark, intimate pictures so we always ask our brides and grooms to work with us after sunset.
